Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within 2 - 4 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
If you have wigs/extensions and care products in one order, we generally ship these separately, unless we have made other arrangements with you. This procedure is followed to protect the wigs/extensions, as the care products could potentially leak and damage the hair.
Should a delivery be ready for shipment before the specified delivery time, it will be dispatched early.
