Within Germany, wigs take approximately 2-4 weeks due to individual production, and extensions take approximately 1-2 weeks. Both are delivered free of shipping costs.

International shipping takes approximately 4-5 weeks; you can view the shipping costs in the shipping section.

Shipping

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for unopened and fully sealed goods. Paid shipping costs are excluded from the refund. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer, unless the fault lies with us. For further details, please see "Cancellation" in the footer of every page.
